Nusantara Exchange Program
Exchange program that allows members from one province to live, learn, and contribute in another province. This program not only expands members' understanding of Indonesia's diversity, but also builds personal networks that transcend geographical boundaries.
Cross-Chapter Projects
Collaborative projects involving chapters from various provinces. Examples include joint research on national issues, cross-regional advocacy campaigns, and development of products or services that leverage the comparative advantages of various regions.
Cultural Bridge Initiatives
Program that promotes understanding and appreciation of Indonesia's cultural diversity. This includes cultural festivals, regional language workshops, and cultural heritage documentation conducted by STRATA members.

Technology platform that enables members from across Indonesia to collaborate virtually. This platform supports knowledge sharing, project coordination, and cross-chapter interest community formation.
